You can go to quick order page directly from website main menu as displayed in the image below or you can directly type "/quickorder" in the end of your website store URL to go to the quick order page.

Once you browse to the quick order page, it will show a page with form and options as displayed in the image below.

The above image displays a form to quickly add products to the Cart / Wish-list and two options Paste items page and Upload excel file for easiness of adding multiple products to this form.
