- Plugin/theme name
- Product version
- NopCommerce version
- Order number
- Description of your problem
It would be better if you could send us screenshots of the problem because that will help us understand your problem in a more precise way.
If you are using Microsoft Windows Operating System, then you can also use PSR.EXE to record the problem and send us a file that is generated after recording the problem or you can choose to make a video describing the problem and share it with our support team on the above-mentioned email address.
